Missing Inner Liner!!!
It looks like it might be London Fog brand, but until he'd find & bring the inner liner, I can't know.
Zippered around edges for liner. Belted. Sleeves also have adjustable small belts. Vented layered shoulder. Button able flexible layered back.
I believe you'd stay pretty warm, & protected from the weather!
Preowned but nice. Show overall wear & small flaws. There may be others I've overlooked. Extra buttons, but looks like one is missing also. 1 stain pictured. Not sure if there are others.
